How It Works

The calculator functions vary depending on which calculator type you select:

• Seedlings to Blocks & Trays: Enter a target seedling count, tray dimensions, and desired soil blocker(s); the tool computes the optimal cells per tray and required trays to meet your seedling goal.

• Trays to Seedlings & Blocks: Provide tray dimensions, your available tray count, and desired soil blocker(s) to see total cells and blocks you can fit.

• Compare Blockers: Select multiple blocker options and tray size (optionally add target seedlings or trays) for a side‑by‑side comparison.

• Custom: Fully customize inputs—including manual overrides for seedlings per tray—to tailor your planning precisely.
